If you receive your bracelet and it doesn’t resonate with you (maybe the Citrine feels too intense or the Smoky Quartz is too heavy), you can send it back within 14 days. We’ll redesign it for you for free (you just cover the shipping). We want you to have a bracelet that truly works for you.
Q: How do I know the crystals are real?
A: We are 100% committed to natural stones only. We hate fakes as much as you do. For stones like Aquamarine and Green Rutilated Quartz, we provide sourcing information with every batch. What you see is what you get—no dyes, no heat treatments (unless naturally occurring).
Q: What if the size is wrong?
A: We’ve got you. Every bracelet comes with a 2cm (about 0.8 inches) allowance and includes extra Clear Quartz spacer beads. This lets you adjust the fit yourself at home, no tools needed.
